Dance Mania Team Store Ordering & Turnaround Times

Monthly Order Schedule

To provide more accurate turnaround times and streamline production, all standard Dance Mania Team Store orders will be placed with our suppliers on the last day of each calendar month.

Example:

• Orders placed between June 1 – June 30 will be submitted for production on June 30.

• Orders are expected to be completed and available for pickup or delivery approximately 2 weeks after the monthly order date.

Estimated Turnaround Time

Because orders are processed in monthly batches, turnaround times will vary depending on when an order is placed.

For example:

• An order placed on June 2 will have a longer wait time than an order placed on June 28.

• All June orders will be included in the June 30 production batch.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are not subject to the monthly ordering schedule.

Pre-order merchandise will be ordered according to the specific dates listed in the product description or promotional materials. Estimated delivery times for pre-order items may differ from standard team store merchandise.

Custom & Specialty Items

Certain custom, embroidered, rhinestone, or specialty products may require additional production time. If extended turnaround times apply, they will be noted in the product listing.
